Extension of stay available on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms.
Rate for Single / Double Occupancy will remain the same for any category of room.
Booking Procedure
All reservations will be only confirmed with a 50% advance on booking.
All reservations will be held on definite basis till 30 days prior to check-in date or as specified by reservations, unless guaranteed by full payment as specified.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 30 days notice prior to check in date is required for a full refund of the advance deposit made.
50% of the package price will be charged as retention in case of cancellation after the above period.
Full package price will be charged in case of a no-show.
