I, on behalf of ICRW, take this opportunity to convey our thanks to all team members for making our conference memorable and our stay pleasurable. We were handled in a professional way, with hospitable attitude and proactive approach. It was sheer coordination of the entire team which made the event look so grand and perfect to almost the 'T'.Though a few lapses,it is overlooked considering they were not too major to be discussed.
From the handling of the arrivals to the departures,every guest was at their comfort best.Not one criticism,it was like an Election won with 100% majority.As Hosts,the small lapses were noticed by only us and not the guests which we ensured was corrected to a decent extent.
Each and every guest has praised your Hospitality to the Hilt and they will never ever forget this particular Wedding for ages to come.It has added too many feathers in our cap too and the credit goes to your entire team.
A special word of thanks for Mr Glen for his amazing understanding of our requirement and delivering what was required despite him not being physically present during the dates.Keep up the good work as this will go a very long way in building a huge ladder to success with sheer mouth publicity and the practical experiences of our guests.
Thank you Guys once again and I look forward to meeting you all soon to experience more such Wonderful Hospitality & warmth.

Happened to attend a dream wedding between 11-13th Feb 2011 and was quite impressed and floored by the hospitality, proffessionalism and warmth. you guys are flexible and go out of the way to help and comfort the guests. Kudos!!
